• We are a Private Early Childhood Services (ECS) funded by the Board of Alberta Education.
• On site we provide Mild/Moderate Pre-Kindergarten classes (we have a parent paid program for those who want to start their children early without needs)
• To qualify for kindergarten a child needs to be 5 years of age by Dec 31st of that school year and not gone to another kindergarten yet. (unless there are additional needs)
• Onsite daycare center for before and after care or on the alternate days if parents work full time.
• We follow the Alberta Curriculum in all programs
• Classes are two days a week (Monday/Wednesday class and Tuesday/Thursday class). Each class is 8:45 a.m. – 3: 30 p.m. (6.75 hrs) and Friday is planning/prep day for the teacher.
• Class size up to 21. With usually 2-3 Educational Assistants in the room (depending on needs) EAs modify programming for special needs children.
