Thornhill Child Care Society was established on December 2, 1974. We are a non-profit society run by a volunteer board of directors. Our objectives are to provide quality child care which we consider to be a supportive, positive and educational experience for the child and family. Thornhill Child care Society operates two Alberta Education funded and approved private E.C.S/kindergarten programs. Our kindergarten programs are located at our Centre Street North and Haysboro locations. As a private E.C.S. operator we also provide access to mild/moderate and program unit funding (PUF) for children who have been assessed as having developmental delays or disabilities.
