At Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School, our students learn how to dream big dreams and grow up to achieve them. On our beautiful 200+ acre country campus nestled in the beautiful foothills of the rocky mountains is just south of Calgary , we create critical thinkers from Kindergarten to Grade 12 who thrive in our globally-conscious approach to learning. In addition to a 118 year history and a strong academic curriculum, students choose from over 100 teams, clubs and co-curricular activities from rugby and rock climbing to Model United Nations. STS offers a global perspective through the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) and Round Square Programmes. STS is proud to be accredited as Southern Alberta’s first full IB World School and is Alberta’s only independent school authorized to deliver IB Programmes in Grades Kindergarten to Grade 12.
