Pacekids Programs is a registered, non-profit, charitable organization supporting children with diverse needs and their families through excellence in therapy, education and play. Pacekids was founded in 1994 and has grown to support more than 600 children and their families each year through two schools, in home and community based programming.
Pacekids holds a Private ECS Operator License from Alberta Education to support children between the ages of 2.5 years – 5 years of age through Alberta Education’s Program Unit Funding (PUF) and Mild/Moderate funding. Children attending pre school and kindergarten at Pacekids receive individualized supports based on their needs, and families can expect small class sizes supported by a dedicated team of teachers, classroom aids and therapists.
Beyond the classroom, Pacekids offers a variety of programs through funding from Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD).
