Montessori Alberta

Montessori Alberta is a Calgary-based preschool and accredited kindergarten serving children ages 3 to 6. Our bright, spacious facility is located in the Hillhurst/Sunnyside community, just minutes from downtown.

We are dedicated to nurturing lifelong learners through an educational program rooted in the Montessori Method, developed by Dr. Maria Montessori.

Our team is comprised of certified Montessori teachers who provide engaging, child-centred learning experiences.

We offer both full-day and half-day programs for children ages 3 to 6, as well as an accredited full-day or half-day kindergarten running from September to June. Before- and after-school care is available upon request.

Our mission is to nurture each child’s natural curiosity and inspire a lifelong passion for learning. We do this by offering an enriched academic environment where hands-on activities and guided exploration help children develop essential skills, concepts, and critical thinking abilities. Through the Montessori Method, we support the development of confident, independent learners prepared to thrive in the world around them.
