First Steps Elementary Academy previously know as First Steps & Beyond, is an Independent Accredited Funded Private School in Red Deer. We service not only Red Deer but Central Alberta as well. We specialize in small class sizes capping our Kinders-Plus at 12 and our Grades 1 – 8 at 12 students per classroom. We are pleased to offer our students an extensive program in the Arts – theatre, voice and visual art. We value the practice of goal setting with our students so that every student is performing at their full potential.
