The Children’s House Child Care Society believes in supporting families and children where they are at. The Children’s House Kindergarten operates onsite at the licensed daycare facility- providing small classroom sizes, and before and after school care. This model enables the teachers to individualize the learning strategies for each child, and support them with minimizing transitions throughout their day so the children can focus on learning. Children’s House Kindergarten combines the Alberta Education Curriculum with FLIGHT (Alberta’s Early Learning and Childcare Framework) to provide a play-based learning environment. Our Kindergarten program partners with community to broaden the learning of the children through visits to the Galt Museum, Lethbridge Fire Starion, Senior Center, Music program,; etc.
