Alder Academy offers full day and half day Head Start programs. The programs are tailored to the communities they operate out of. Alder Academy offers full day Head Start for working parents that also need to access childcare, which makes it wrap around services for the families. The west program runs the same but the program offers an Indigenous curriculum that supports the children and families served in that community. The organization also has a half day Head Start program that supports low income families. Each program has a Speech Language Pathologist, a Occupational Therapist, and a Community Outreach worker.
